7 days per week!!!

Lockdown is biting and with large numbers of persons suddenly not receiving an income or only a partial income, we are kept busy 7 days per week.

Dozens of Doctors appointments and visits that we have to make for sick children during lockdown, is costing large amounts of money considering that the average Dr’s appointment with medicines costs on average R867-00 excluding lab tests, X rays etc.

Couple that with 500 families every two weeks that rely on us for food parcels during lockdown, we are busy 7 days per week and functioning at full capacity.

We ONLY manage to assist so many people due to the generosity and vital support of Local Companies such as GB2C who has become a lifeline to us.

The crucial monetary and goods donations we received, are from the local Lowveld initiative, GIVING BACK 2 our COMMUNICTY (GB2C), that was started by Crossing Shopping Centre Nelspruit  during the centre’s 16th Birthday in October last year. Several local businesses form part of GB2C including BUCO Hardware.Buildware, Nelspruit, the Tom le Roux Family, the Omar Family, Mica Nelspruit, Crossing SuperSpar Nelspruit and the Visagie Groep amongst others.

We cannot thank you enough for your continuous support and generosity towards us and the hungry people we serve, and we will ensure that every milligram of food is delivered to persons with a definite need for food, during this very trying times.
