A container full of joy!!!

With the Rotary Club of White River we started distributing the dozens of wheelchairs, buggies for disabled children and tons of Medical and Physio equipment we received from PhysioNet in the UK.

We have managed to not only help local charities such as The Meyer Beukes warriors on wheels Foundation, Hospice White River and dozens of individual children and adults in desperate need of assistance to name a few, but children and adults from as far as Bosbokrand, Upington and Waterval Boven also benefitted from the goods we received.

We could courier 4 wheelchairs, 6 walkers and walking aids to Upington to persons in need. How awesome is that!!

AFO’s and splints was distributed to Neil Taljaard, an Orthotist at Kiaat private Hospital that has assisted us so many times over the years, we have lost count.

With tears of joy from some care givers and parents who received equipment from us, it has been an absolute pleasure for us to have been able to help.

A wheelchair or equipment standing in a store does not benefit anyone, but put a child in a buggy or a wheelchair and his life changes completely, after all that is why we received this container full of joy from the UK…..
