On his last trip to Sofala Province in Mozambique doc Andre saw a little girl sitting under a tree.
She was crying and big tears were rolling down her cheeks! So he asked her for her name and if she was in pain or hurt! The little girl told him her name is Helena and that she was sad as she lost her baby goat when the big storm hit her village.

Doc Andre was determined to do something for little Helena and promised her that the next time he is back in her village he would bring her a baby goat!
