There is only one word that can describe the recent charity Golf day at Mbombela golf club, and that word is AWESOME…!!

Our own Erika Dickinson was instrumental in initiating and organizing this hugely successful golf day with the Pumas at the Mbombela golf club to raise funds for us at Pediatric care Africa.

An astonishing amount of R112000-00 and “Yes” you read correctly” One hundred and twelve thousand rand, was raised during the golf day and auction afterwards!!

The many people responsible for making this at all possible have our deepest gratitude and appreciation and we at Pediatric care Africa wishes to thank the Pumas with Pieter Burger and Casandra Jacobs, Darren Plumb from Mbombela golf club, Pinky Phosa, Nkomazi fuel and Kwanyoni lodge for being the halfway house food sponsor.

Of course without all the players that participated there was no golf day, so a special thanks to you all and also to the generous persons that supported the auction by donating items for auctioning and for the guys that bought the items on auction.

Your unbelievable support and generosity left us all humbled and touched and we cannot thank you enough, for what you all have done for the children in our local community.

Simply put, you make it possible for us to help children in distress and that make you all hero’s!!
