Sick kids!

Sick kids!!
With all the public holidays, we have to cram in  Doctors appointments for children requiring medical care, putting extra stress on Joyce who arranges Doctors appointments and surgeries.
One of the children assisted will require surgery from Dr. Smook, a well known ENT in Mpumalanga after the long weekend.
Between all Doctors appointments, children must also receive their food parcels to ensure that no child goes hungry during the long weekend.
Camp quality at Uplands school is a camp especially for sick and underprivileged children, starting Thursday the 27th until Monday the 1st May. This is a very exciting project organized by the White River Rotarians, and it is a long weekend for children to get spoiled and forget their worries for a little while.
Between flips in Aeroplanes and a helicopter at the Nelspruit airport, ridding elephants at Elephant whispers and having the opportunity to ride on a Harley Davidson with the Steelwings Motorbike Club at Uplands school, this weekend promises to bring a smile to all 30 children joining us.
Kids will be well taken care of and have Doctors, nurses and full time care givers to look after them for the duration of Camp Quality.
I am already excited about the next camp quality and to share some photos with you about what the kids got up to this long weekend…!
