Good people!!

Peter and Lynda Baker of Barberton donated a ton of maize meal and beautiful cherry tomatoes to us, and we have decided to use their fantastic donation towards our “Help the elderly” project whereby we assist and supply food to our Grannies and Grandpa’s, that is not coping very well with the Lockdown and in many instances have very little to no food in the house, as their SASSA pensions hardly covers their electricity bills, and their children are no longer able to help out…

We add protein rich food such as tinned fish, fresh meat and eggs with vegetables and fruit to give our Grannies and Grandpa’s as healthy and balanced a meal as possible.

Arranged for us and accompanied by the legendary Alicia Whitting of The COVID Flight, we visited the beautiful farm of the Baker’s in Barberton to collect the maize meal and tomatoes after delivering food parcels to a number of folks in need.

Peter and Lynda, what you have done for us and the food insecure hungry people we serve, is awesome.
