Toddlers and babies!

A new month and on Friday the first of a number of children in different areas of Mbombela in food distress, received their bi-weekly or monthly food, consisting of Nido, Cerelac, baby milk, A+pap and veggies for soup depending on their ages.

This is a ongoing and a huge task to prevent our children from going hungry or become food stunted, and without the kind and continuous assistance from companies we will fail dismally.

We wish to thank Crossing Shopping Centre- Nelspruit, the centre that is the #myheartbeat of Nelspruit, that continues to supports Pediatric Care Africa and the on-going medical and healthcare outreach done by Dr Andre Hattingh, the Pediatric Care Africa Team and the many medical professionals and volunteers involved. As the saying goes, “It takes a village to bring up a child” and Crossing Centre’s commitment to the Lowveld community – and Pediatric Care Africa – is testament to this.

The regular support from Crossing Centre in Nelspruit, has saved many children from hunger and enable them to receive medical treatment and on behalf of the little ones we could assist, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
