Doctors and food!

As the financial effects of lockdown hits home, we are overwhelmed by requests for medical and food assistance from parents who simply don’t have the ability to take their child for medical treatment or put a plate of food on the table anymore.

Dozens of sick children and adults was attended to and received medical treatment in June, and we now stand at 37400 kg of food delivered which is the equivalent of 106875 meals since lockdown began on the 26th March.

The fact that we could assist so many people is due to the generosity of South African Jewish Board of Deputies & The Angel Network SA who gave us a very welcome and much needed monetary donation.

Traveling throughout Mpumalanga continuously to assist people in distress, our vehicles consume huge amounts of diesel and Engen Parkville Motors came to our rescue with a diesel donation to us, so we can fill up the vehicles and continue driving. Awesome, thank you very very much Engen Parkville Motors. You literally keep our wheels turning..!

So many people and companies make it possible for us to do what we do, and we simply can’t thank you enough for your help.
