Severe Spastic quadriplegia!!

This small boy suffers from CP/Severe Spastic Quadriplegia and he is in desperate need of goodies to improve his quality of life.

We had this very charming young boy committed to hospital recently where he spend 72 days, and he is now released but he needs our help urgently please.
